Sure Wash will give all the credit to the Blue Jay pitcher.

Howdy Murph. A very good Darvish night

Box score looks like he is having great night, wish they could get the guy a run. I am currently trying to conquer Disney World and can't watch much baseball if any. This place is kicking my butt

Poor Darvish.... I have a terrible feeling that he'll be a Yankee or Dodger in the future.

We will be swept. They have Buerhle and Dickey next. I'll be surprised they score a run.

I hope he is able to keep the pace up through the minors...

I blame the renovations to the ballpark for killing our jetstream/offense. heh.

Done with this shitty offense, its absurd they can't score runs for Darvish and he's left in long enough to have that shit happen

I know this probably won't make many of you feel better because our Rangers are the only team we should all care about, but there are other contender-type teams hovering around .500 so far as well. Boston is about to drop a game under .500, being shut out by Baltimore, a year after winning the WS. Tampa Bay is a miserable 16-24. St. Louis is only 1 game over .500 a year after their WS berth, Pittsburgh is 16-23, and the Dodgers and their payroll are only 22-20.

It doesn't really help us any, but at least our ridiculous injuries give us some excuse. Those other playoff teams have no excuse. I'd rather be a .500 team because of a massive DL than a .500 team for no good reason at all.

Well, he's prob not going to decide his free agency future over an injury riddled 2014. I still expect Texas to win a wild card spot this year, but even if they don't... as long as we're contenders in 2 years and have a bright future, I think he'll resign here if the money is right, and there's no reason to believe JD would lowball Darvish.

It'll be interesting to see though, bc signing pitchers to huge deals in their 30s is risky business. Darvish has thrown a ton of innings
