Who cares below avg in playoffs. If you put your teams in deep holes with pick 6's and int , you have to throw a lot to try and comeback. Your down 29-0 what are you gonna do, run the ball?
Actually, Peyton Manning was ranked 6th on the list for playoffs, Tom Brady came in 5th. Top Ten for play off experience was as follows:
1. Joe Montana
2. Drew Brees
3. Ken Stabler
4. Kurt Warner
5. Tom Brady
6. Peyton Manning
7. Terry Bradshaw
8. Bart Starr
9. Warren Moon
10. Troy Aikman
playoff experience ? how is Brees a number 2 when he hasn't been in remotely the amount of playoff games as the others ?
It isn't just the amount of experience that matters, but the quality of his performance during that experience. Brees has 11 starts in the playoffs, which is 16th, but his performances in those games have been amazing.
