I was so mad when Flacco checked down to Rice. He was so lucky, it was a dumb play.
I have doubts whether he made it or not but watching the replay I saw no conclusive reason for them to change the call. Naturally they changed it any how but not enough to take the first away.

I only saw the replay once and I thought he was short, obviously from one angle it is not conclusive and if he was short it wasn't by much.

It was challenged. They replaced the spot, but it was still past the marker.

Yeah it was under 2 minutes so it was challenged by the booth. The ruled it a first down on the field. Unless they had an angle CBS didn't, I saw no conclusive reason to change anything.

Where the officials marked the ball didn't bother me much. What bothered me was the missed block in the back penalty on Weddle. It was a blatant miss by the Refs. However, I have no problem with the end result of the game. If this is what it took in order to get rid of AJ & Norv it's all good.
