I'm done with the Seahawks. Losses to the Cardinals, Rams, Lions and now the Dolphins. Fuck this team.

nice they are keeping games close, but you gotta find a way to get over on some of these (especially to crap teams) - no offense to fans of those crap teams
The margin of defeat for each Seahawks loss: 4, 6, 7, 4, 3.

Yeah, but you could say that about most teams. The Skins have lost many close ones too (3, 7, 7, 4, 15, 8). Within one score in all but one. But we aren't a very good team. That's how the NFL is these days. The games are almost always close and the better team usually wins.

The Good news from Sunday is the Chargers CHOKED.

The Bad news from this morning. There's a rumor that Andy Reid could be the guy the Chargers pick to replace Norv at the end of the season.

That would be a huge upgrade. I think Reid is a phenomenal coach that just needs a change of scenery. He took over an Eagles' franchise that was shit and has gone 129-88-1 with them. He's done a fantastic job. If they fired Shanny tomorrow, I'd love to find out Reid is the replacement.

I agree. Philadelphia's problems stem more from always having quarterbacks who are constantly hurt and not that good when they're healthy than their head coach.

I agree. It would be good for Reid professionally and personally, can't think of a coach that has been through more crap in the last couple years. Philly is a tough place to coach and with the problems he's had with his son over the last couple of years that man has had enough stress for a life time.

Not to mention I feel he's a better coach than Norv too. Move on Andy , for your career and most importantly your health.

Yeah, I'd happily take Reid as a replacement for Gailey.

Don't think he'd be punting from the 35 yard line :L

We HAD Payton, and asshole Jerry let him walk. We've had 2 real coaches under Jerry's tenure (JJ and Bill P) and both left on bad terms. He'll keep trotting out these puppets like Dave Campo, Jason Garret, Wade Phillips, guys that aren't a threat to his Alpha Male status.

Sean Payton with the 05-09 Cowboys wins at least 1 Super Bowl. Those teams were loaded at every position.

yep I know its a pipedream with JJ in charge. but with that stadium he is going to need to start winning soon. this team is bad but its not terrible. coaching will make a massive difference but does he care

Did this seriously happen? Either gamble or try a FG, you don't punt at your opponents 35 yard line.

Yep, it really happened. I wish I was making it up.

They also punted from the own 49 instead of going for it on 4th and 8 with about 3 1/2 minutes left. D couldn't get a stop and they never saw the ball again.

Gailey reminds me of Vizzini with the way he coaches. He over thinks every decision and ultimately out coaches himself.

INCONCEIVABLE!!!
