I did that at Whitefish one year skiing in some heavy wet snow - Body went one way, knee decided to go the other way and boom dislocated patella. Thankfully, no knee ligaments were torn, but it swelled up like you wouldn't believe and it took 4-6 weeks before it was feeling normal again.

But I bet you held on to the ball.

Okay, I watched no football yesterday and am going by just what facebook tells me.

Joe Flacco is Elite again
The Redskins won the super bowl AND Formula 1 Constructor's championship
The Steelers, nay the whole city of Pittsburgh, committed suicide.

How many of these things is true?

This Steelers fan isn't on suicide watch. I'll be okay. Disappointed, no doubt.. but survivable :eyeroll:

Pittsburgh's current losing record reveals their weakness is consistency. It eluded them all year. This most recent season told me as a fan that Pittsburgh has a lot of work to do throughout their lineup in order to be a contender. Current younger players need experience and some to be given more responsibility. Some veterans need to be released or dealt. And most importantly, they need to take advantage of this coming draft position they (un)fortunately are stuck with.

Keep in mind that I get all of my Steelers news from my facebook friends that are Ravens fans. So anything more devastating than say a holding call is usually a call for mass suicide.

You might have picked up on me being facetious when I said the words "Joe Flacco" and "elite" in the same sentence. :)

Miami Dolphins - Numbers and Stats Mean Nothing | Sportige

Interesting on the dolphins season

The Miami Dolphins have a very good shot of ending the season with a 1,000-yard rusher, a 1,000-yard receiver, a 3,000-yard passer, someone with at least 15 sacks, and two players with 100 tackles apiece. It won’t be helping them reach the postseason.

John Clayton said Norv Turner is the 2nd most likely head coach to be fired only behind Andy Reid of the Eagles. Give him his pink slip after Sunday Dean!!

Chan Gailey didn't break the top two? :burt:

It's too bad they can't seem to get 50,000 fans in the stands. Every time I see a game in Miami all I see is red seats then they announce a crowd that is 5X what's in the stadium. If they claim there were more than 45,000 against the Bills last week they're liars! And they were/are still in the playoff picture.

Miami sucks as a sports city.
