He definitely doesn't. We were never allowed to let our helmets touch the ground when I played.

Not hard to do when it's laying on the bench the whole game.

Wrong. It was the NFL.

Thanks for playing, sorry you felt the need to prove you're a tard.

A Patriots fan..a model Patriots fan already set the record straight.

So you can take your lies and shove them up your priest raped asshole.

The NFL appealed the court ruling which reinstated Brady. But Brady is the one who took it to US Court to begin with.

There is one simple concept you all are missing. In order for their to be an appeal..their has to be a ruling in the 1st place. Brady is the one who compelled the court to rule in the 1st place. This part I am not clear on but I am pretty sure initially it was some idiot Judge out of Minn. that overturned the suspension.

Wrong.

It was the NFL filing, not Brady. The only appeal Brady requested was at the league level. The NFL filed to have their league ruling confirmed. Judge Berman vacated it, league lost, the NFL then appealed and won. Brady then decided not to pursue further, leaving the NFLPA to do as they wished. The NFLPA did not appeal.

You're an uninformed tard.

False again. This is all from @cerealboi who is a die hard Patriots and Tom Brady fan.

1. Brady suspended by Roger Dodger
2. Brady appeals suspension to the guy who suspended him and gets denied (surprise surprise)
3. Brady files injunction in USDC New York to have suspension vacated. NFL files at or about the same time in Minnesota to have suspension declared valid. Minnesota case gets punted and consolidated with the New York case.
4. NY District Judge says suspension is bullshit! Arbitrary and capricious!
5. NFL says no way Mr. Terrific is going to win this - and appeals to second Circuit
6. 2 of 3 appeals court judges say "suspension is cool - commish has those powers and his decision was not arbitrary."
7. Brady and the Union say screw that - how's about a rehearing en banc with all the judges!
8. All the judges say (or at least a representative speaking for the court as a whole) says NOPE!
9. Brady takes his punishment like a man!
10. Cleveland and Cincinnati dicks are kicked in upon his glorious return.

I'll break this down:

Now this was done from memory so send any complaints about the above to CowboyB

You have the courts backwards.

NFL filed in NY

NFLPA filed in MN, but not on the same day.

The case was in fact the NFL case not Brady via the NFLPA case. Therefore Brady and the NFLPA never filed nor appealed, essentially.

Brady Motions to Vacate Upholding of Suspension

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has filed paperwork to reverse the NFL's upholding of his four-game suspension for the deflation of footballs in the AFC Championship Game.

Commissioner Roger Goodell denied Brady's suspension appeal in July. Friday, Brady's camp filed its motion to vacate Goodell's arbitration award.

The league, meanwhile, filed a motion to confirm the arbitration award, asking the New York federal court to uphold the punishment it levied against Brady.

Sorry Mr. B. but Patsfan is right. The league is listed as the plaintiff and the NFLPA is listed as the defendant which means the NFL filed that case where the motions were heard.

No. I've moved on from that dark period of my life. I do know that there were allegations that Bob Kraft was seen doing lines with the District Court Judge that overturned the suspension.

Just stop. You cannot rewrite history.

Read the fricken thing - it was submitted by Tom Brady's lawyers.
But feel free to demonstrate your tardness, it's great for.killing time while I sit enjoying a beer waiting for.my food.

Yeah umm no, it was filed by the NFL, hence they are the plaintiffs.

NFLPA attempted to file in MN but it was essentially rejected because of the NFL filing in NY.
