I don't know why so many people hate Martinez? Is it because he was overhyped and thus far has not lived up to god status? The kid is doing fine. Makes some dumb mistakes, but is learning......and he's only a sophomore....

Will he be a great Husker qb? I don't know, but I'm not writing him off yet....

Absolutely he is making mistakes.............but you have to see things from a coaching perspective. The coaches would rather put a guy out there who is gaining momentum and confidence, rather than put a guy out there who has to start from scratch.

I think people don't realize that often. I played sports in high school and college.............experience is EVERYTHING. Talent is NOTHING
