I'm trying to get fit...........and it's just not working. My goal of 250 lbs seems so unreachable.

Think the week off may have helped actually, let my body adjust and everything recover fully..

I did one of the harder workouts today and did better on it than any other workout I've done yet... Finally completed every rep..

Night, fatboy. That's a good spin on the week off. I was going to withdraw my sponsorship, but you saved it.
Wake up as the Hulk tomorrow, ready to explode.

Can someone figure out what I'm missing- not sure if I've had a long day or just totally blanking- but I'm trying to figure out a goal wieght...

This is what I'm looking at- Why BMI Is Completely Wrong: The Real Ideal Weight Formula | Digg Topnews

where Lean Body Mass (LBM) = Your Body Weight – (Your Body Weight x Your Current Body Fat Percentage)

Just to be clear, your LBM is your “fat free” mass, in other words, everything in your body that’s not fat: your bones, blood, muscle, and organs.

Let me give you an example of this ideal body weight formula in action so you can see why it’s so useful. Let’s take Jake who is 200 pounds and has 22% body fat. Using this information, we know that his LBM is 156 pounds and the amount of body fat he has is 44 pounds. So what should Jake’s ideal weight be? Well that’s really up to him. For most men, a mid double digit body fat percentage of say 15% is considered pretty good. Here’s a chart for your reference:

body-fat-percentages.jpg

So now, here’s the important part. We are going to assume Jake doesn’t lose any muscle because he has been following all the tips I’ve discussed so far on BuiltLean.com. So keeping his LBM at 156 pounds, Jake needs to drop 16 pounds of fat to reach his desired body fat percentage of 15%. His ideal weight is 184 pounds in this scenario. Here’s how Jake’s ideal body weight calculation looks:

156/(1-15%) = 184 pounds

So..... I'm at 235 with 27.5 body fat according to me scale-(probably not accurate, but whatever)

That gives me a LBM of 170 but I can't figure out me ideal weight according to this...

:L just figured it out- but I went through all this work en sech- so you must read...

170X.15=25.5 170+25.5= 195

If I can get below 200 I'll fucking amazed.....

Just think I have to much muscle for that... and keep adding more...

I'm gonna go with 215 for now- we'll see when I get there if I think I can drop another 20

Dude I think at 5'9" even if you were completely stacked you'd have a tough time getting over 200 lbs.....

Every inch adds a lot of weight in muscle, bones, other tissue, etc...

Confused what you mean?

I'm looking in the mirror- knowing that I've lost 25 lbs of fat..... Or maybe 30 lbs of fat and added 5 lbs muscle....

I can see where there may be another 25 lbs of fat on me.... but I don't think there is 40 more lbs of fat on my body at the moment.....

My gut is probably 25% of what it was, I got a lil flab under me arm pits, a lil on me back and a lil on me inner thigh...

Don't think I can get under 200.....

I would be willing to bet you $1,000 that you can get under 200.........I truly believe that.

The average male at 5'9" weighs between 136-169, and that is males under 20% body fat.....

Ye would have to be a damn body builder to have that much weight in muscle

hmm......

That's a lose lose bet........

The average 5'9 male doesn't have a 44 inch chest or tree trunks for thighs either- though..

Men have a large body frame if the circumference of their wrists is more than 7.5 inches. Large-framed men's healthy weights are 7 to 20 lbs. more than medium-framed men's healthy weights. A large-framed 5-ft., 9-inch man's healthy weight is 155 to 176 lbs. A large-framed 5-ft., 6-inch man's healthy weight is 146 to 164 lbs., while a 6-ft. man's healthy weight is 164 to 188 lbs. and a 6-ft., 3-inch man's healthy weight is 176 to 202 lbs.
http://www.livestrong.com/article/343194-healthy-weight-for-height-for-men/

So I have a large frame- they say 155-176.... that's 24 lbs from 200...

I don't know sir..........if you looked at me you'd never believe that I was 16% fat.........but I am.

I look like a damn twig compared to a lot of folks............don't even have a belly or anything. But that fat has a tendency to hide in the legs, belly, and arms
