drank a lot of water and always a moving and a lifting

this job I have is for teenagers and what not --and here I'm a 50 year old doing this

damn right you can...i work for someone who is 60+...if i can't come into work for whatever reason she handles it on her own...but i try to keep my absences to a minimum to keep her from having to stress too much. it is a lot of calories burned though.

Haven't had a coke since the 9th.....


Had one shot of crown on the 14th and one on the 24th...



Have only had one cheeseburger since the 1st and I ate it without a bun en sech...
