are you having 6 small meals a day? This helps keep your metabolism going. And if you are putting a shit ton of work into the gym on weights and cardio you might want to up the calories just a tad because your body will need the energy.
but 6 small meals is better then 3 normal sized meals.
5 small meals bout 1500-2000 cal a day... i havent felt lathargic at all yet. But im also on supplements.
