Im still trying to figire whats wrong with a 250 cal sammich as a snack...

Thought ye are supposed to eat a lil a lot, im trying to get about 200-300 cal 5 times a day

Ye are right sir.....a small sammich around 250 callories is a fine snack. 5 very small "meals" a day is supposed to be optimal.

And irule, trust me, that eating mostly one meal a day will catch up to you in about 15 years.....

Even eating something simple like a granola bar for breakfast is good for your body....(says me whose probably not going to have time to eat anything before going to work today......:L......)

no need to label breakfast lunch dinner......just eat 5 small meals a day to keep metabolism up.
