I gained 4 lbs yesterday.......

Drank 12 lime-a-ritas, probably 8 or so beers, a couple crown n cokes, between 3 of us we drank a 750 of fireball....

We had ribs, loin, all kinds of salads en sech......


It was me last hoorah before I start tapout....


I was hoping to get into somewhat shape before I started this venture- but anything I did last week got ruined from thursday-today

I think he did ok the first part of the week. He has to read the diet book that comes with it though because while he was limiting his caloric intake, he was consuming some bad calories....

Processed foods are horrible for you, and yes I eat way too much of that shit myself.....It's just too easy to eat that stuff......

I took 2 days off last week without consuming any alcohol....

I couldn't sleep.....:pout:........although I think I was more rested......:crazy:

Not being critical, just pointing out frozen dinners aren't very healthy......I understand, and eat plenty of them because they are convenient as hell for lunches.....I'm not a big fan of leftovers so it's not something like I can make enough so I take leftovers for work instead of frozen meals.....

Probably the best thing is to look into making your own meals and freezing them yourself so you have the ease of just throwing something in for your lunch without having to spend a lot of time preparing your lunch, but I haven't really looked into doing much of that....

I usually have a sammich one day, a chef salad one day, and sometimes one leftover one day, and then a couple days of frozen dinners for my lunch.....

Those things are highly processed.

I am going to start doing treadmill again tomorrow. I had done really good for a while but slacked off last 2-3 weeks so have to get back to it
