Oregon Is Faster
I am curious to what the ratings will be. My guess is they will have sustained a decent average for the show this week only because of last weeks big boost and the hooks that were left that might have carried over a decent audience to tune in to see what happens, also at the small chance that some casual fans maybe thought they would see, Brock, Rock, Triple H, Shawn Michaels again.
So I bet the ratings will be high around the beginning of the 8 O'clock hour and maybe the 9 O'clock hour, then my bet is it dwindles after that. But again, coming off last weeks ratings I wouldn't be surprised if RAW sustained a 3.3-3.4 type rating this week.
Next week though my guess is it will start to drop, the shows are far too long, it's super boring and there really isn't anything new about it. It's the same old stuff each week, I haven't seen a new star develop or even look like they are about to develop anytime soon.
They have Heath Slater in a perfect position to become something, but they already blew that by making him a jobber to legends (some who cant even move right). I don't even like Slater and if WWE wasn't going to give him a push anyways they should have put someone in that storyline that they were going to give a push to and try and make a bigger star because it is a great opportunity.
Also CM Punk "heel" turn? Yeah right, he will probably just get more cheers over time because apparently Punk's heel character now is speaking the truth, which, many WWE fans love to hear because they are tired of the same shit Punk is complaining about. I got a very hard time arguing with Punks reasoning behind his attack on The Rock. Look, I was a HUGE fan of the Rock growing up, but even I think him getting an automatic shot at the RR for the title is bullshit.
Punk was suppose to be the big time heel last Summer when he made that big promo. It backfired on WWE because the fans loved it, because they agreed with it. Then slowly that Punk character died and he became a Cena v2.0 . Now they trying to make him heel again and he is back to dropping pipe bombs.
