I don't particularly care where he signs - the Leafs could use a LW but missing out wouldn't be like Stamkos passing on us - but I want him to leave Buffalo with the hope that Murray throws another very public waaaaaahhhh session and Mike Harrington writing a slam piece on how Vesey cheated the Sabres and will be the worst player in the NHL since Brett Hull.

Who's the favorite to sign him? I know the Isles and Devils both had meetings yesterday. How the Islanders are on this guy's short list are beyond me.....

That being said, he'd immediately play on the top line with JT and Ladd. That could be pretty enticing.
