Clarksville is about 40min north west from here, almost on the TN/KY border. I've only been there once when I was a kid but I've never heard anything bad about it. I believe it the 5th largest city in TN, behind Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga.

I see, so not close, but by crazy chance my brother and sister in-law were also down in Clarksville because my brother was stationed there before he went to Afghanistan.

They all tell me about how when they would go running, they would often get chased by stray dogs. My brother and siste in-law actually adopted one of those dogs, but most were vicious they said.

You know, that didn't even cross my mind. Then again, I use some upscale hair products. (no Suave in the house, lol)

I'm not sure if too many people know but what is now east TN, used to be a state called Franklin. I found out not too long ago and thought it was pretty neat.

Franklin was never admitted into the United States — falling two votes short for admission. The extra-legal state existed for only about four and a half years, ostensibly as a republic, before largely being abandoned.

Hey Vol, I watched something on the Geo channel today, where Georgia is (and has been) trying to move the zone from the line boardering that lake at the lowest point of Tn. (I forgot the name, it was an odd one, but I'd know it if I saw or heard it). By using a club and a Ga. golf ball, (lol), they showed how it was indeed within a chipshot to it.

Anyway, that was all code and a crusade saying "More drinking water for the ATL!"
