Pretty much. There are so many things that go itno it though. You could be a skinny girl, and have it bad because your airway is blocked for some reason. Some have serious ENT issues.

Yeh. I had a septoplasty done at 22. No sleep apnea for me! Although I sometimes have turbinates issues.
