No.... They are right. The winners of the elimination games today flip to other bracket. Michigan State flips from Bracket 1 to Bracket 2 to play Indiana and tonight's winners goes from Bracket 2 to 1 to play Nebraska

I did not know that.

They just said it again and showed a graphic as well.

I guess it's to keep things from getting boring by teams playing each other possibly 3 times.

Yea, that could be why. Will be a really short turn around for Michigan from game tonight to tomorrow morning. Should be a big advantage for the Huskers.

Well we have a big day tomorrow... technically we can lose our first game and still get into the championship game tomorrow. Just have to beat Michigan 1 out of 2 times, preferably the first time.

Nebraska-Indiana might be the biggest game this team has been in in our own state since 2008.

I don't know if anyone heard what Erstad said, but here it is... "Nebraska baseball coach Darin Erstad did something interesting during Thursday night's post-game news conference. Seated to his right were three of his players, including third baseman Jake Placzek. Placzek's sunglasses were pulled up over the bill of his cap, obscuring the 'N.' Erstad noticed, rose from his seat, walked a few steps over to Placzek and removed the sunglasses. Erstad did it quietly and quickly. Nobody thought much of it, or so it seemed."

After the news conference, Erstad was asked why he removed the shades.

"Because that's the 'N,'" Erstad said. "It's for the Huskers. We're not sponsored by a sunglasses company."

Details, details, details. The good coaches pay attention to everything.

If you're a Husker fan, you have to like Erstad's respect for the 'N.'

The comment of the good coaches pay attention to everything, caught my eyes. How many turnovers WOULD HAVE been prevented by not allowing Tito to use a worn out football? Less turnovers certainly would have equated to more wins the last few years.

Have you ever noticed how players and coaches are always sporting a big bright N during any kind of News Conference?

That's part of the deal. No way in hell the University is going to miss an opportunity on TV to advertise. The coaches and players all know they are supposed to make sure it's showing.......Erstad's just doing his job.
