I hope everybody doesn't follow suit. I like the 11:00am starting time for college football when I got nothin' to do on a Saturday..

not that i ever have a saturday off but if i call in "sick"(hungover) i love when football starts that early just not husker football that has to start later so my hangover is gone and i can start drinking

I am not impressed with his lack of harsh words for Tressel, but was all over SEC and Cam Newton issue!

Not that it matters to me, but how does one hammer a student athlete for bad character and poor decisions, but can't find the words to use to describe a mentor of student athletes or a supposed pillar of integrity?

The Big 10 seems to run a pretty tight ship as far as I have seen, it must be a real kick in the balls for him to have your poster child team getting dragged through the coals over a fairly innocuous violation, violations that seem pretty stupid in comparison to what they just swept under the 'They didn't know' clause just newly invented for the $EC

Many fans objected to the 11 a.m. starts because they cut down on pregame tailgating time and made it difficult for fans who lived several hours away to get to games on time.

Yeah, noon is better if tailgating. But 11:00am is better if I'm watchin at home. WHich is most of the time.

This. Delaney does run a tight ship. Plus, he has a lot of clout in college football as a whole. He will, however, treat other schools/conferences differently then his own. We're the BigTen. We can do that. At least that what he thinks.
