Not what I'm saying at all. I'm saying that I think its wrong to punish before we've even charged someone with a crime, much less found them guilty of said crime.

Kind of one of the tenets our nation was founded on, but don't mind that. You have a vendetta to pursue.

Sitting for a football game isn't really punishment in the grand scheme of things when we are talking about figuring out a dispute or possible crime.

That's the part where you are way off.

You act like sitting a player for a game is the same as water boarding them or throwing them in jail.

Plus, you act like there isn't anything out there to suggest he did rough her up.

You did see the photos right ? You did see her call him out right? Of course you are going to come up with every excuse in the world for why she is all banged up other than the obvious arent you?

Its not a law biding punishment. Its just what teams with integrity do.

So, your definition of integrity is punishing people just for being accused of something? That makes a lot of sense. Also, I would argue the teams don't have integrity because they are doing this more for PR than actually for justice. The moral thing to do is to not punish people over accusations IMO, but you would rather have a team save face and punish a person than anything.

You're heading down a very slippery slop here. What then isn't "really a punishment grand scheme of things"?

Also, no one is comparing it to water boarding or jail. You're the one using the red herring with that. We just stated it was a punishment.

Schools with integrity sit players while disputes of crime or wrong doings are sorted out.

Not always in the form of punishment but in the form of doing the right thing.

FSU prefers not to always do the right thing and it has killed their reputation.

How is that the right thing? Please tell me, because this sounds like an opinion not a fact. Also, it doesn't matter what the "form" is, it's still a punishment. A player is getting punished for being accused of something. Plain and simple. That is a PR move. To me, that is immoral. There is no reason to punish them except to save face. Seriously, give me a good reason besides "it's the right thing to do" because that is not an objective statement. It's an opinion and your definition of "right" is different than a lot of other people's definition.

It's punishing someone before any facts or evidence have been confirmed. This is the equivalent of your job making you skip work because someone accused you of committing a crime.

Because his live in girlfriend/ baby mama posted public photos of herself all beat up and accused him of doing it.

THAT IS WHY ITS THE RIGHT THING.

You care more about making sure some KID gets to play some game, and I emphasize the work KID and GAME, then you do about making sure its handled in the right way. Even when its obvious the player did something wrong.

Its amazing!

That's where you're simply wrong. We disagree on your assessment of what, "The right way", is.

Wheras it would be hard to win games without Winston? We're deep at RB, so Williams is pretty expendable, even though he's our starter, so IMO it isn't about, "Being afraid to lose.", in this instance.

I am not wrong at all. Teams with integrity do the right thing.

Ah sweet freedom!

Your entire argument is based on our opinion being a fact. It isn't. However, since I feel I know you well enough at this point to surmise that you are going to keep stating your opinion as fact and then build the rest of your argument on that foundation? We have nothing more to discuss.

Was it a fact that Karlos's baby mama posted pictures of her all beat up and indicated that it was Karlos?

And that doesn't mean he did it. It's an accusation. Whether you or I or manager think he did it is irrelevant because it can't be proven.

I highlighted the main word in that sentence for you. It's an accusation. I'm not worried about if he plays or not. I'm worried about due process and people not getting punished for accusations without any proof or evidence. And yes, a FB is not enough evidence because all it is is an accusation.

And if it's soooo obvious he did something wrong, please prove it to me. Because right now all you have is a FB post and that doesn't prove anything.

Why can't it be proven. It's pretty obvious.

Actually it does prove he did something. Those bruises didn't get there all by themselves.

Its amazing you can't ever look between the lines and expect the right thing to be done.

Prove it then

No. All it does is prove she has bruises. It does not prove how they got their. It's amazing that you hate FSU so much you can't even use logic correctly. All a picture of bruises proves is that there are bruises. An accusation does not prove anything. All it does is give a suspect. There are many ways for bruises to get on people.

Wow just when you thought FSU fans couldn't get more disgusting in their victim blaming and defense of these criminals simply because they play football....

So gross
