Go to Jimmy Johns and get a Turkey Tom.........hold the mayo........and drink tea or water...........
Do it for a month while exercising..........

If you get the Turkey Tom meal (hold mayo), add Thinny Chips (these are good), and a large tea..........
It's 450 calories, 5.83 grams of fat.......
The only bad thing is that by the end of the school year at work, I am so tired of those heat up meals I can hardly eat them anymore
I can't stand having a dry sandwich.. I would just sub Mustard (virtually no calories) for mayo.
