Smoked every day from the time I was about 15 to 20. Quit on my 20th birthday cold turkey and never had a single craving. Except for when I was drunk. Even now if I'm drunk I'll want one bad sometimes.
Everyone's different though.

Caffeine is the worst for me. Love hate relationship there.

My last cig was Saturday at 535 pm. Using chantix and it works pretty well but I did find out that if I have even one freakin beer I start jonesin like a fucker and get real agitated.

I've not been to the bar since sunday so it is helping a lot- didn't smoke much at work anyway, this weekend will be very difficult.


I allready have two bets going on this matter- one for twenty if I buy another pack with one of my bar friends. The other is with the lady friend and it envolves cleaning her house if she catches me smoking.

But if ye want to wager something, I like to bet.....
