me uncle makes the best cot damn deer jerky i ever done tasted. he gots his own smoker, and damn does he know how to make that shit. also makes really good dry sausage

I make steaks, some chuck and cube the rest and can it......

Only jerky or sausage I get comes as gifts from a few customers..
