Melo likes to get the ball a lot in clear out situations and take his time getting to the hoop or shooting a jumper.

While Melo has been out the Knicks have been moving the ball and finding the open man, with Lin distributing. Knicks fans are afraid this new ball movement/team cohesiveness will be killed by Melo resuming his 1vs1 game.

That's how I see it anyway.

The above is based on my watching the Nuggets play when they had Melo. I didn't watch any Knicks games prior to Linsanity blowing up. But watching Melo's Nuggets play was as exciting as watching old people eat crackers.

The only thing cool about the Nuggets then or now is Nene and Birdman.
