I'm with you. However I don't see 5 total losses.

9-4 If no CCG

11-3 or 10-4 w/ CCG

My expectations for NU football have been tempered considerably. Similar to the early 90's. Back then it was the defense that needed restructuring. Currently it's both sides of the ball, but primarily the offense.

With Tmart being a junior, the freshman/sophomore mistakes should be reduced somewhat. He and Burkhead should have formed some leadership roles. Becks offense has been in place for a year, so confusion and lack of concentration/discipline should be reduced across the board.

I've been silently expecting improvement, but I think NU is still at least one year removed from being relevant in any consistent Top 10 discussion.

I can accept a Top 15 finish (as that is showing improvement).

Fuck that 20-25 bullshit.

Although I only see and expect an 8 win season and think if Bo wins 9 he should be coach of the year in the Big 10, I will still be pissed as hell after each loss and not be happy with an 8-4 record. What I want and what I see happening are 2 completely different things.

Why do you think they'll be that bad where it results in 4 regular season losses?

Will their losses be to opponents that are THAT much better?

Where do you see the biggest chinks in the armor?

If you've covered this before and don't want to get into a long drawn out explanation, I'll understand..Just value your opinion is all..

Just because the Huskers have historically dropped a game to one shitty opponent each year under Bo doesn't mean it's going to happen this year.
