Football players trying to do MMA is a bad idea IMO. Even if they're physical freaks they get beat down by dudes with skills. It's funny, we think football players are tough as shit but they get chewed up and spit out by real fighters.

What would be really cool is to see a former Husker wrestler try it out. Gotta cross train but some of the toughest guys to beat in MMA have national champion calibre wrestling skills.

Maybe we see Jordan Burroughs do it. Not sure what weight class...maybe Lightweight. That would make waves if he could make that class more exciting.

I did a search and I found a white dude with a beard that happens to have the same name win his first mma fight..wrather unimpressively, but no brother from Colorado.

There's a few tough dudes who fight out of Colorado tho so I thought you might have had a link to his gym is why I asked.
