Not too bad right now. When I was in my late teens, early 20s I used to do this all the time. Then when the kids were babies I was up most of the night too.

Now that i'm getting older, watching these 3:30am games live are usually impossible but just this once I have to make an exception.

They actually do. We just trade away players that turn out to be worth a damn. It's so the owner can avoid having to pay for a quality roster. Jose Fernandez is all but gone next season. If you look at Stanton's contract, it's back loaded to hell. So after a few years, it'll be in the high 20's and they'll likely ship him off as well. It's why I don't really pay attention to baseball really. I can support a struggling franchise, hell, I'm still a Dolphins fan. I won't pay attention to a franchise that's clearly not trying and just trying to make profit.

Yeah, I get that. I honestly don't blame fans for not showing up when the ownership doesn't seem to care. Hawk fans stopped coming for quite a while because the former owners, Atlanta Spirit Group, just didn't seem to give a fuck about winning. That and they were also very unpopular for their handling of the Thrashers.
