Sounds good Ed.

I'm going with my usual Sunday morning routine -- 3 minute eggs, bacon, white toast.

Nothing exciting for breakfast this morning, but I went to a fundraiser wildlife dinner last night. Fried quail, venison chili, venison link sausage, and elk summer sausage. Mmmmmmm.

lol Piece of cake Ed...

> Put however many eggs you want in a bowl and submerge them in hot tap water for 5-10 minutes. (this will prevent them from cracking during boiling), Meanwhile bring a small pot with enough water to cover the eggs to a hard boil. Using a tablespoon slowly lower them into the boiling water and let em boil for 3 minutes. No more. Otherwise the yolk will get hard and since you may want to dip toast in there later, allowing them to boil longer wouldn't work too good, so 3 minutes is perfect for runny/dipping yolk.

> Make some toast and cut it into thin strips. (see the pic in my last post)

> Take them out promptly at 3 minutes.....stand em up in a shot glass.....cut the top off....sprinkle some salt in there and dip your stripped toast into the egg.

Awesome. :yo:

Somehow I'm always surprised at your love for cb.

I'm open to foods from all areas really.

Maybe some exceptions (Hakarl, Balut, calf fries, etc... I've tried tripe, tried scrapple, not for me, but I gave it a shot)

Would I want CB everyday?
no I'd die soon LOL.

But they make some tasty stuff for a national chain. Particularly if you want Biscuits and Cornbread with your meal

:hungry:
