T-bone or a porter house? Looks good either way!!

porter house.. but the filet was a lil small.. I wont get one that thick again.. took to long to cook...and no I dont over do it... I like it a nice medium rare but it took six and a half minuets on each side.. which over cooked the filet just a bit to much in my opinion.. it had great flavor though..

That's actually not a bad looking fillet if it's a grocery store bought. Grocery store meat cutters know how to stretch a buck or two and they usually take it from the fillet side of your t-bone or porter house.

Looks delish

Which side do you eat first?

I save the fillet for last..

Unfortunetly I cant eat any of it any more.. as much as I used to LOVE me some steak.. now it just killlllllllllllllls me .. so i will litterally eat one bite of the filet and just eat the veggies.. I get indigestion so bad from red meats anymore that as much as i love it.. i refuse to eat it and suffer all night long.

Good god, a coworker got burger king for what must be the 4th time this week. :L

I mentioned something today, and he was like "yeah, chicken sandwich and fries for $1.30", I replied with "for good reason". I noticed some other people did the same, and no one was interested in the local burger place that I went to that is consistently ranked tops in Toledo. :L

Unless it is that kind from a squeeze bottle, I would imagine you can go wrong with that.

Emptying the deep freeze a bit.

Having some 'poor man's lobster' for a snack.

Bring water to a boil. Turn off heat.
Drop in filleted Northern Pike wedges for 1 - 1.5 minutes.
Sprinkle with Lemon Pepper.
Dip in Butter.

Yum!!!
