I would just hold serve at the deadline if I was AA. No need to go all out for a championship in a 60 game season

If we had a legitimate chance to win a WS, I don't care how many games are in the season, go for it, but we need too much to have a chance. We'd have have to completely unload the farm system to have a chance. Offense should get better when Acuna and Ozzie gets back, but we'd need at least two high quality starting pitchers to even think about a possible WS run.

Last year was our best shot at a WS since the big 3 was still intact. We had a great offense a really strong rotation, and the backend of the bullpen was pretty good by the end of the year too. We blew it, and it might be a while before we have that good of a team again.

Then we'll be lucky to get the second wild card. But with the deals they signed Acuna and Ozzie to, which are bargains, I'm gonna be pissed if we don't have at least two reliable starters to start the season with.
