Take a rock glass/ coffee cup whatever.......

Right before bed.....
Fill it a lil more than 1/2 with whiskey....... then put a lil honey in it....... heat in the microwave, stir..... sip on it(don't need to chug it- but try not to let it get toooo cold).....


Then when you go to bed throw on a bunch of clothes......




You will sweat it all out overnight..... you won't sleep all that good..... but it will be worth it....

I have the iphone and At&T and have never had any problems with coverage or the phone.

I did jailbreak my phone when I got it so I could add some features that I couldn't through apple or itunes
