You can get your tank refilled at a lot of gas stations around here where I live.

Of course fucking Haji or some other non english speaking piece of shit has to do it and since they're usually stupid as all hell.....it takes 15 damn minutes.

Home Depot now has a do it yourself tank exchange. You put your credit card into a kiosk and one door opens for your empty tank and another door will open for a filled tank. It was the coolest thing.
