Yep volunteer but I got to piss off some smart ass hawkeye fans this weekend.

One of a group of twenty asked why I would wear a husker shirt to a class in Iowa and I told em because my Big Ten championship shirt hadnt come in the mail yet lol

One year our shipboard training required even us electronics geeks up in the superstructure to participate in the damn fire drills. Just the gear is fucking hot and miserable to wear. I remember thinking if the shit is that bad that those of us geeks are needed to fight a fire down in the engine rooms, we will probably be having to destroy the classified equipment and trying to get off the sinking ship but they is the Navy and didn't want to listen to logic (or my attempted excuses) to get us out of participating in the drills.
