Okay, since we're on page 420 of this thread here is my drug bust story. True story. I lived in an apartment in Los Angeles next to a couple of dealers. I think they sold pot mostly. People—their customers—were always tromping up the stairs to their apartment day and night. It was kind of annoying, but the guys (the dealers next door) were pretty cool. So I had no problem with them. There was a swap meet for electronics parts once a month on Saturday mornings that I would go to once in a while—the TRW swap meet. You had to get there early to get the good stuff. So early one Saturday morning I burst out of my apartment, ran down the stairs, and five cops at the bottom of the stairs stopped me in my tracks. They take one look at me and say, “Let him go, it’s the next door guy.” Then the cops head up the stairs and bust my neighbor for dealing drugs. They made him open his safe and took all his drugs, cash, and a couple of pistols he had. Happy ending though. He was out on bail that afternoon. And never did any jail time. That’s my drug bust story. The gospel truth.

My best friend finally admits now that he cannot quit smoking weed without craving the high..........he used to tell me he wasn't addicted to it at all.

I still call bullshit........

There was a time, when I would have had said the same thing...... I still wish I could smoke weed everyday, all day long....... but am I addicted to it????? obviously not...... I mean, I smoke maybe 5-10 days a year......... most of them are either thanksgiving, x-mas- newyears.......

Science proves that THC, nor anything else in marijuana is addictive.....

"the High" is another story, but is physiological bullshit.

You're friend is not addicted to marijuana, he is addicted to forgetting the rest of the world for other issues......

and with that, I'm going to bed- cuz I already know where this will go..

Seems like a fine line between addictive and habitual. I'm not sure which side pot falls on. But I knew guys who smoked nearly every day for many years--over ten years in all. I am fairly certain they couldn't quit, even if they wanted to. So is that an addiction? Or just a habit?

You are also some of the most rabid, yet respectful and knowledgeable visitors we have ever hosted in Blacksburg. I hope we play many times in the future! I also hope that any of you guys that came out, were treated well!!!!

you guys are going to be kicked out of husker SportsHoopla for breaking the honor code.

Please describe this husker SportsHoopla honor code in great detail....

The BYU honor code or (I mean SportsHoopla honor code) governs not only academic behavior (I mean posting behavior), but morality, and dress and grooming standards of students and faculty, with the aim of providing an atmosphere consistent with LDS (I mean LSD) principles. The Honor Code requires:

Abstinence from illicit drugs, alcohol, tobacco, coffee, and tea (substances forbidden by the LDS Word of Wisdom)
Honesty
Encouraging others in their commitment to keep the Honor Code
Living a chaste and virtuous life:
Appropriate gender-specific behavior (no sexual harassment)
No involvement with ****ographic or indecent material
No inappropriate sexual activity (no sexual relationships outside of marriage)
No homosexual behavior
Obedience to the law
Active participation in Church services (according to whatever religion of which one is a member)
Respect for others
Clean language
Following the "Residential Living Standards" (visiting hours for members of the opposite sex)
Dress and Grooming Standards. Abiding by the guidelines for dress, grooming, and housing. Skirts and shorts must reach to the knee and shirts may not be sleeveless. Form fitting, strapless and revealing clothing is not appropriate. Male students may not wear beards or goatees without permission; such permission is usually granted only to men with skin conditions aggravated by shaving, men whose religious beliefs require them to wear beards, or theatrical performances requiring beards.
Students are prohibited from having guns on campus or I mean in hand whiile posting on SportsHoopla!.[10]

.............:D
