I didn't see that Colorado lost to ISU tonight........interesting.

What in the fuck.........hmmm. I wonder why Lunardi had them as the first team out.

My opinion doesn't change much and here's why...........winning at Colorado would still go down as a quality win for us because they have a high RPI ranking. Those RPI wins are what the selection committee uses to make their decisions.

But yea it would have looked better if we knocked Colorado out of the tournament..........dammit.

I still say a 2nd win in the tournament locks us in.......

I can't believe I didn't know Colorado lost..........I just didn't pay any attention to that game because I didn't think they would lose.

Here is the bright side to Colorado losing tonight...........now we will go into the tournament as the 6th seed if we beat Colorado. The 6th seed as I said before benefits Nebraska because we would get A&M in the 2nd round rather than KState in the 2nd round. KState is just too good right now, and we match up great against A&M.

It's fucked up how that system works. If Colorado would have won tonight, and then Nebraska beat Colorado this weekend, there would have been a 3-way tie between Missouri, Colorado, and Nebraska for 5th (assuming Missouri loses to Kansas).

In a 3-way tie in the Big 12, you go by round-robbin format. Nebraska would be 3-1 in that format and would get 5th seed. Now, it will be a 2-way tie between Nebraska and Missouri and Missouri beats us head to head because they have a higher ranking than us.

The whole thing looks shady now that Colorado is out... If I could just know who we played in round one and two.. Any good guesses?

I guess what I'm saying is........look at it this way. It would appear that our next 3 games (if we beat CU) will be Colorado, Oklahoma, and Texas A&M.

We are 3-0 against those teams this year..........and I am not scared for Nebraska to play any of those 3 teams.
