No, the result did not change anything. Actually it just confirmed it even more.

We played right with KState last night, a team that is WAYYYYY more talented than we are, and we just didn't make the free throws in the end. We gave 110% effort once again and left it all on the court last night.

Those games we lost in football this season, we WERE the more talented team..........we just didn't give the effort needed to win. See entire Texas game........see second half of OU game...........see entire Washington game.

I think Bo said it best at the end of the season.........."The 'want-to' wasn't there at times this year for us. We'll fix that next year."

It's not really earth-shattering news that I'm delivering.........I've never met anyone who has ever thought the basketball team doesn't give full effort. I've met several people who feel that the football team at times doesn't give full effort.

No argument JJM, just funny.

Bo wants 110 % effort in everything and that is great. The FB team did put out a strong effort (up to the confusion point) I believe. I will not try to explain this again as it does little good, but once again, just like my sign in previous post.. I am trying to say to you, "That even with the best effort, if our team is not on the same page, getting the right calls made, blocking the right people, filling the right gaps, in the right set and so on... the effort that is there goes by the wayside." Thus, this is why you are hearing about our "O" plan being simplified. Only time will tell if this makes the difference. I will not argue that Doc's teams put in the effort, but they too have lapses, just like in both KSU games, TT game, Davidson game and Baylor game. You have to agree that having as many turnovers as we have had in basketball is something that shows the effort was not 100%. Wait, no you don't we had a bunch of turnovers in football too...LOL...

You get the point I think... I am not arguing, just making another post in this thread to raise the numbers.
