I usually get up around 4AM and head to the gym around 4:30

I used to work out in the morning, but I did not gain muscle mass as fast for some reason. Not sure the time (physically has anything to do with it) or if it was because not enough fuel in the tank to help build.

So I changed to night workouts.

I know a lot of people who do their cardio work outs in the A.M and those who are in it for body mass do it in afternoon or nights...

LOL; WTF.. :( .. I am no scientist... just saying...

My rep power is gone again... LOL

I need to change the starting hours (24 hour period) in order to rep before 8:00 PM.

Right now I can’t rep until almost 10:00 at night... LOL, and I am usually between the sheets by then...

Ya I'm one of those lift in the AM and cardio later. Not for any particular reason except I don't have to wait around for equipment in the AM and I can run any time. Plus I find myself getting stuck at work longer than I usually plan for so would be skipping the gym for sure if I did it in the PM. Gotta have some time with the family :)
