I usually get up around 4AM and head to the gym around 4:30
Guess I better get to 50 then![]()
I used to work out in the morning, but I did not gain muscle mass as fast for some reason. Not sure the time (physically has anything to do with it) or if it was because not enough fuel in the tank to help build.
So I changed to night workouts.
I know a lot of people who do their cardio work outs in the A.M and those who are in it for body mass do it in afternoon or nights...
LOL; WTF.... I am no scientist... just saying...
