LMAO, I have been to Houston many times in winter... and I stay off the roads when it snows or sleets down there... Get on that main Interstate system that goes around Houston (610) and people don't slow down no matter what the weather is. They are not used to driving in slick conditions and off they go.... "Over the river and through the woods... off to gramda's we go...."
