Zac Taylor was just plain one of my favorite Huskers of all time........but the guy was a horrible athlete. He could pass the football, and he could take hit after hit and keep going........that's why I loved him.

But he couldn't do this.........

Yea he could pass way better than Lord...........but honestly Crouch basically = Lord when it came to passing the football and he won the damn Heisman.

I'd much rather have a QB who can run in college football than one who can pass. That's just me maybe though...

I'd rather have someone who was great at either one of the two, but if neither are great, i'd rather have someone who is smart with the ball and can pass decently.

I would also personally much rather have a runner than a passer. However I'd want one with good awareness. That's hard to find in college fball it seems now. Most QB's nowadays do NOT have the ability to know when to run and when to throw. They tend to make huge mistakes when the pressure gets to them

This basically fits the description of Scott Tolzien........and he did pretty well for that thar Wisconsin Badgers team. And I agree.........I like have a smart QB over any other kinda QB....
