it take me about 10-15 to get there.. it's better than paying an extra 100 for rent, or living downtown..

The inside is remodeled........but the outside of the building is still an antique

Actually the inside isn't completely remodeled........it's pretty neat. Some of the apartments look exactly the same as they did when it was a school house, but they just put up some dry wall en sech.
