Those google ads don't make any money though unless people click on them...........each click generates a certain amount of money.


Which you don't want to just click on them every day from the same computer though either, because then google will shut down his account when they notice fishy shit goin on.

See, they also recognize patterns though too.......like if an IP address is registering an ad click on the same day each week.....or if some other pattern is forming.

I had a site when I was living in the dorms, and I had everyone on my dorm floor clicking the shit out of my ads........we were watching my amount of money go up on my google adsense account and all of us were excited cuz we were gonna go buy a bunch of beer with it.

Then google contacted me..........they didn't just terminate my account, they called me and they were PISSED. I mean they fucking let me have it pretty good. Told me that is basically fraud and everything else, and I had a guy yelling at me for a good 30 minutes about how I should be in prison for trying to steal money from advertisers.

The rules say you can't do that......but no they cannot send me to prison. All they can do is terminate my account and refund the advertisers who were paying for all my clicks.

Where I got in trouble was when we all went down into that little computer lab there in Harper Hall.........

I can't remember how many computers are in there, but we used every single one of them at the same time one night and we all clicked the ads on them.......

I had a shit ton of money racked up there........I was literally on pace to make $500 in the first month. It was just too obvious

Some people make thousands of dollars a month on those google ads............but, google knows how many page visits your website is getting..........so if they can tell that you're getting way too many ad clicks for the small amount of page visits you're getting, then it's easy for them. That is basically what happened.......

It's not like $500 was really a lot of money, but when they noticed that I had 300 page visits and 400 ad clicks, they were able to put the pieces together pretty easily

Yea, I mean.......I seriously don't even look at the ads anymore since I've been posting here for so long.........I don't even notice them. But I'm sure some of those ads that pass by would have been ads I would be interested in clicking on.

Every now and then it wouldn't hurt to click an ad and help Ghost out. Some ads only generate like 2 cents though ..........some ads generate up to $15 from what I've read.
