From everything I've heard Cody has had the best overall spring,

Brion has come on stronger recently,

and Taylor has looked like a giant turd, but the coaches still insist upon him being the starter

Nothing will surprise me anymore, I just hope the other 2 guys actually have a shot

LMAO......

Wow, I didn't even seen this post.......

I have actually heard that Martinez looks pretty damn good in the new offense. So I don't know who the hell you're talking to.

I like Brion Carnes because he came into Nebraska with a certain mentality that most young guys don't have. Most kids come to a University wanting playing time so they can make it to the next level. Carnes wants to play here because he says he wants to win a National Championship and the Heisman.

He has the same mentality that his cousin had.

If Cody Green ever goes missing, I'm going to immediately contact the police and tell them to look in irule's apartment...

No. Not worse either..

So do you believe that Green would have put up just as good of overall numbers as Martinez had he started the same amount of games?

irule............now that is just ridiculous. It is quite obvious that Martinez and Green are on 2 completely different levels as far as "playmaking ability."

I would agree that Green could have handled himself better than Taylor maybe in a few situations..........but there is no way in hell Green is going to make as many plays as Taylor did.

Our offensive struggles last season were not all on Taylor...........a lot of it had to do with our pathetic offensive line play, and receivers dropping balls........fumbles.....etc

Their points per game average was almost exactly the same.. and neither QB played very well.. im gonna continue this discussion later so i dont get fired, tho

Oh and i never said Cody would have 'made as many plays'

Green racked up all of his stats at home against Colorado..........just sayin....

You're comparing 2 QBs when one of them took 10 times the amount of snaps as the other one, and also took the majority of those snaps in bigger games.
