And takes 45 minutes to fall asleep....... once I lay down.....

And once I set this laptop down, I let out the dogs, have a smoke, drink a glass of water, eat something......


It will be 11:30 by the time I'm asleep...... thats 6.5 hours a sleep which is just enough.....

I like 6.5-7.5 hours of sleep....... or 10....... but nowhere in between.....
