The charge was bullshit. He totally in the clear.

What happened was the police raiding his apartment while he was in San Jose because the cop was in the apartment complex and claimed "he smelled marijuana" coming from that unit. They got a search warrant, raided the apartment and found a stupid small amount of weed that his roommate had and like a loose pill but they charged everyone who rents the apartment. Outlaw wasn't even on the same coast when it happened. When he passed his drug test, he's good to go. I expect his charge will be dropped at his hearing.
