I'm sure that $90 million will make playing 2nd fiddle to Rose a whole lot easier to accept.
2nd fiddle for the first 7 games before Rose is injured, again?

U will be solid team and will be a tough team to play in the 1st rd.

If they stay healthy and Whiteside continues to figure stuff out, they could come out of the east. They will be a dangerous team because of Wade and Bosh's championship experience. The Cavs will be the odds on favorite, but a healthy Heat team will be dangerous.

Davis 5 years 145 mill. How can they pay him that much I don't get it. His Max cant be that high. How is Butler contract max only who has been in the league for longer and on the team longer and Davis get that much more money. As a bulls fan I am happy.

Some one explain? thanks

Butler is not a #1 and he knows that. Bulls have 2 #2's in Rose and butler. Butler is fine playing with Rose and he knows Rose helps him out.

At the least the Bulls signed Dunleavy. Wonder if the rumors were even true about Lebron interested in him. Good think, the Cavs need younger guys. Already going to have Jones and Miller back.

We will see how much they get along if they keep getting curbstomped by Lebron :laugh3:

Don't underestimate.
We're in the East.

Did you watch the 'quality' basketball that we were exposed too in round 2 last season?

I KNOW things change, but the Heat is basically a new, greatly improved roster if all the pieces are available when it matters.

If I understand correctly...

Butler is a free agent right now and is getting the max as it stands with the current salary cap.

Davis is set to be a free agent next season. They are agreeing - in advance - to a 5-year extension using the terms of the future projected cap.

Davis's salary isn't affected this year... he's on the last year of his current deal. Butler's new contract will start for this season.

Holy shit, Millsap just got offered an $80 million four year deal.

Fuck it, the Magic can have him. He's not worth that much money.

it’s the Hunger Games but the good news is their relatively healthy starting backcourt makes up the league’s most potent attacking duo with the ball in their hands in terms of efficiency.

Enter Dwyane Wade and Goran Dragic, who rank first and second, respectively, in field-goal percentage ondrives this season (min of five attempts), according to NBA.com.

The separation between them? A heaping 0.01 percent, with both exceeding the 55-percent.

They’re also both beasts at the rim (shooting above 65%), making them the undisputed apex NBA backcourt in terms of finishing among the Land of Bigs. The most surprising part about it in regards to Dragic is he has just one — as in singular — dunk on the entire season. For comparison’s sake, Dwyane Wade has 22. Russell Westbrook has 40.

To be among the best finishers in the league regardless of position despite playing below the rim and standing just 6-foot-3, is a remarkable feat

Our offensive should create fits for anyone.

Interesting, but I'll take Kyrie and Lebron lol

Pretty sure the Hawks matched the offer. Now it is decision time for him.
