From the public view, yes. If he's serviceable and manages the game and gets his team to .500+ every year, then people will say he's a bust even if he's taken in the 3rd.

Due to Manziel's production in college, he will be held to a higher standard regardless of where he is drafted.

I personally think he will either put it all together and be an NFL superstar, or he will be a massive turnover and injury risk.

IMO Mike Evans best NFL player comparison is Vincent Jackson. If Evans goes to the Buccs they would have a hell of an interesting WR duo with Evans and Jackson lining up across from each other.
