This LSU Houston game is a wild ride folks! player thrown out, some crazy double plays, and a 2 run in the park home run that took 5 to 10 minutes to figure out. aaand a little home cooking from the Refs, aint gonna lie.

The inside the park HR was pretty goofy. One of the announcers on the telecast said that he was present at the meeting on Thursday where the ground rules were explained to the coaches of both teams. Among those rules apparently was that balls stuck beneath the padding on the walls are in play. The Houston RFer should have played the ball, but I'm afraid it wouldn't have mattered. LSU up 4-0 now.

Big day for Pac12 baseball...3 teams staring down 1-n-dones today. Stanford has it's hands full with Indiana @ their place in Bloomington. Cards have done well to get as far as they have. Washington has been an over-achiever all year, hope they win @ Vandy's regional. That leaves me Beavs, who have to go with the same guy on the bump that beat him 14-2 the other nite. Be it said the Anteaters have played well and have hit the ball hard against EVERY Beaver pitcher they have faced. Nail biters these double eliminations are and gawd help those who have to win via the losers brackets...3 straight wins to advance? wow
