I really hate to be a damn downer............but I seriously looked at Michigan's class today (I normally don't look at anyone else's classes)............and my God it is ridiculous.

Seriously.

USC may get all the 5-stars..........but Michigan has as complete of a class forming as you can get.

It's Alabama caliber talent.

It makes me sick to my stomach.

Question is if they can put 2-3 of these type of classes together. That's when you actually become an Alabama or LSU.

It's concerning. I try not to think about it.

Hoke can make a pitch apparently. Michigan has never had a problem getting good players anyway though.

One of the main reasons the BIG refused to join the Bowl Alliance and Bowl Coalition was because they refused to give up the Rose Bowl and it's California recruiting footprint.

The BCS allowed them to keep it, hence they joined..

Iowa and Wisky had their glory years. Mich and Ohio St will soon be back in control of the BiG like it was meant to be..

Like I said before we joined the BIG..............Michigan & Ohio State = Texas & Oklahoma.......

Will we continue to be stomped into the ground? Or will we rise above it?

Will the Big 12 = the BIG for us in terms of winning?

Better question is will NU get the same chances as they had to win the Big XII?

NU had chances.

Ya wanna know what tho? The last time I felt this way about my beloved Huskers was in 1991-1992.

My expectations were real low...

I was only 6 years old in 1992..........but believe it or not I remember it all.....

The back-to-back blowout wins over ranked Colorado and ranked Kansas...........the Kansas State game that was played in Tokyo, Japan........and I was up all hours of the night listening on my miniature boom box

Then of course the agony of defeat in the Orange Bowl.........

But I remember that year my uncles and dad were just wild because they could tell the Huskers were building something.

You don't lose to N'Western @ home and hope to be in the same convo w/ Michigan or Ohio State :L

Like I said tho. The good news is I haven't felt this way about the Huskers since they lost to Iowa St Tommie Frazier's freshman year and the year prior to that. They've been down a while and I expected things to get turned around by now. Last season hurt.

I do have a seriously great feeling about this upcoming season.............I really do.

I know I say every single year Huskerz fer Champz.............but I'm seriously saying this year has a different feel about it.

I think we just have experience returning in the right places, and we are going to be one of those teams that isn't flashy, but finds a way to win this season.

I think this season will be an improvement. I am not confident enough yet to say Huskerz fer champs, but if the line performs and Taylor shows a little improvement we should be on our way to a BCS game.

We're pretty filled up for LB's now anyhow. Ass to Mouth recruiting will take a dive pretty soon when they start getting pounded into the ground this season. Same with missouri.
