I happily(but angerly) congratulate him for this great win and for making my bracket frutile and ending my Shocker puns for the year.

So sad LBSU didn't make it...they were hanging in there the whole game, even had the lead a couple times...and then the last three minutes just couldn't sink their shots.

It was crazy because I was having a beer in the campus pub with a bunch of archaeologists (we'd just had a special lecture by Dr. Paul Buck about Egyptian archaeology) and the game started at 1pm. Pub was OVERFLOWING with basketball fans - there were people with video cameras from at least one tv news station too. Energy was fantastic!
I had to leave at 1:50 to go to class, and so I missed the middle of the game, but then Dr. Lee put the game on the overhead projector so we got to see the second half...we were all pissed when we lost
