Good night Huskers......















I'm finally feeling good after hours of chest discomfort......when I was in the shower yesterday afternoon, I had what I thought was just a back muscle spasm, but by the time I got to work, the pain had moved to my chest and set there from about 4 pm till about 3 am (3 hours ago).....

I'm going to. I don't have a primary care doctor so I'm going to call and get something set up after I sleep for a couple hours. I've had some other minor things, but nothing so long as yesterday/last night. I recently just started working out (riding the stationary bike mostly with just basic push ups) and I don't want to lose the routine, but I need to stop until I get this weird chest pain adequately diagnosed.....

I still haven't gone to the doctor yet.

I'm feeling fine, no other apparent issues since. That one scared me because it was so long before it went away. I'm taking it easy until I get a physical and talk to a doctor. I don't think it is a heart problem because when I'm actually working out I've never had these weird chest pains. They aren't even that painful, just a constant discomfort that just sits there.

I'm going to go to urgent care if I get these pains again for any long duration, but I'm hoping (nope, GOING) to get something set up for a primary care doctor next week.
