Not so fast. Because he is a 3rd year player his re-sign off the PS is a different process. He can't sign a future contract like the others due to his experience.

We cut 3 guys off the PS. Keane and Cleveland remain on the PS roster and can be re-signed or let lose whenever that deadline is.

I was wrong on Cleveland. I guess since he had 3 years plus he was eligible to sign with another team after this regular season ended. He is now with the Eagles PS.
